Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heav Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital files, they are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. 

Our Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

Exceptions
We strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality and fully functional. We will make an exception to our policy if:
*   A file is corrupted or technically defective: If you are unable to open or use the file due to a technical error on our end, please contact us immediately.
*   Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please reach out to us with your order numbers, and we will be happy to process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

How to Resolve an Issue
If you believe you qualify for an exception or are experiencing issues with your download, please follow these steps:
1.  Contact Us: Send an email to our support team with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
2.  Provide Details: If possible, include a screenshot of any error messages you are receiving.
3.  Review: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours to provide a solution or a corrected file.
