How do I receive my digital products?
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files at any time through your account dashboard on our website.

Do I need special software to use your planners and templates?
Our products are designed to be compatible with popular note-taking and productivity apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Notion, and various PDF annotation tools. Specific compatibility details are listed on each product page.

Can I request a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues with your download or file, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the problem.

Usage & Support
Can I share these files with others?
All products purchased from Heav Store are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or selling our files is strictly prohibited. Thank you for respecting the work that goes into creating these designs!

Do you offer custom templates?
